Magnesia & Calcite Mineral Cartridge

- This cartridge is much more aggressive (puts a lot more mineral into water) and is less predictable than the pure Calcite Cartridge sold above. We suggest first starting out with the Pure Calcite Cartridge above before using this one. This cartridge is much more likely to add some level of white milky appearance and mineral taste to your water (which of course can be throttled down) than pure Calcite alone would.
- Adds significantly more minerals to your water than just pure Calcite would, and adds significantly more Magnesium.
- Large 4.5” x 10” cartridge holds about 6 Lbs. of a 50/50 mixture of Magnesium Oxide and natural Calcite minerals
- Adds mostly Magnesium Oxide, a small amount of Calcium Carbonate, and a trace amount of Magnesium Carbonate to drinking water with a pH below 7.0 and helps correct the pH of acidic water (pH <7.0)
- raises TDS level to a more natural condition using beneficial minerals
- Maximum Usage in drinking water is 100 ppm on your TDS tester
